Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Application Oracle. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service
Application Oracle provides opportunity discovery, fit analysis, drafting assistance, reminders and application tracking. Features may vary by plan, connected provider and third-party availability.
Your account and information
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information and ensuring you have permission to upload or connect any material. You must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, evade access controls, send abuse or interfere with the service.
Applications and AI output
Recommendations, scores and drafts are assistance, not guarantees of eligibility, accuracy, funding or selection. You must review material facts and programme terms. Application Oracle will not make a final submission, signature or founder-only declaration without the required approval.
Third-party services
Connected AI models, Google services, application portals and other providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, limits and decisions are outside Application Oracle's control.
Plans and managed access
Some features, including managed AI access, may require payment and approval. Applicable prices, limits and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. You remain responsible for fees charged by providers connected through your own account.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Application Oracle the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. The product, branding and underlying software remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Application Oracle is not liable for missed opportunities, third-party failures, indirect losses or decisions made from automated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update the service or these terms and will post the revised effective date. Questions may be sent to login@theboluwatife.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
