Privacy Policy
Application Oracle helps people discover, prepare and track opportunities. This policy explains what information we use and the choices you retain.

Information we collect
We collect account details, organization and founder profile information, opportunity decisions, application progress, and the documents or links you choose to provide. We also record essential service, security and usage events needed to operate and improve the product.
Connected services
When you connect Google Drive or another provider, Application Oracle receives only the access you approve. Read-only access lets the service find and use selected evidence. Read-and-write access may be used to create or update files for you. Connection credentials are stored securely and can be revoked through the provider.
How we use information
We use your information to understand your profile, identify relevant opportunities, score fit, draft supported application answers, track progress, send requested alerts, prevent abuse and maintain the service. Decisions you make may improve your own recommendations.
AI processing and third parties
Content may be sent to the AI provider you select, or to Application Oracle's managed AI service when you purchase and activate it. Email, hosting, storage and authentication providers process limited information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information.
Your control
You may disconnect providers, change access settings, update your information, or request account and data deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance or resolving disputes.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted storage for sensitive connection credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards.
